COLOR AND PATTERN MATCHING

• If you have a preference on the direction of the pattern on the carpet, please discuss it with your sales associate at the time of the sale.

STEPS

•   In some instances Quality Carpet One may not be able to match the pattern of the carpet on the steps with the area next to it, or may require extra carpet to do so. Please ask your sales professional to discuss alternative options with you.

SEAMS

• Seams are inevitable. Even though our installers will do the best they can, you may still be able to see the seams, depending on the placement of the seam and type of carpet.
• If you prefer a seam placement in any particular area of the room, please discuss this with your sales associate otherwise Quality Carpet One will determine the best area for seam placement.

LEFTOVERS

• Carpet is manufactured in standard widths and must all be installed in the same direction, which can lead to leftover pieces. If desired, we will leave smaller remnants for your use.

HUMIDITY AND TEMPERATURE

• Excessive moisture and temperature changes can cause the carpet to break down. Quality Carpet One is not responsible for damage from excessive temperature changes and moisture.

CARPET EDGES

• As a result of poor air circulation, you may find your carpet darkening at the edges of the wall or any other place that lacks air circulation. To reduce darkening, vacuum and clean these areas more frequently.
